Memory alising and BIOS mirroring:

   The IBM486SLC on this motherboard has 24-bit addressing (memory repeats every 16MB)
   but the BIOS is NOT mirrored at the top of the 16MB or 4GB limits. The BIOS is
   only provided at 0xF0000 (or any 24-bit mirror of 0xF0000).
